Youth Worker Well-being Coordinator (Fixed-term position)

IYI is looking for a Youth Worker Well-being Coordinator who:

The Youth Worker Well-being Coordinator will report directly to the Vice President of Youth Worker Well-being. The Youth Worker Well-being Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of coordination and administrative support for the Youth Worker Well-being Project. 

This is a full-time, fixed-term position through December 31, 2026, funded through a time-limited grant.

Core responsibilities will Include (but not be limited to): 

  • Provides coordination and administrative support for the Youth Worker Well-being Project.
  • Coordinates telemedicine and virtual mental health services enrollment and administrative support
  • Assists with logistics of engagement and outreach activities.
  • Provides technical support to vendors and grant recipients.
  • Supports data management to measure progress against key metrics.
  • Supports the utilization of IYI Connect (Salesforce CRM) for the Youth Worker Well-being project.
  • Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they are in compliance with funding requirements.

Core skills needed (but are not limited to):

  • Communication skills both excellent written and verbal  
  • Project management skills such as time management, scheduling other people and coordinating locations for events. 
  • Administrative skills needed to coordinate events, budgets, and people.
  • Ability to multitask with several project details at once to ensure effective publicity for the organization. 

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Post secondary degree or credential preferred.
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • High attention to detail and execution
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and to work independently with minimum direction and work as a member of a team.
  • Must have a clean driving record, valid drivers license and able to provide proof of insurance
  • Ability tobuild long-term, trusting working relationships with diverse individuals and communities
  • Experience working with executive level leadership and other external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel within the state of Indiana

Compensation and Benefits: IYI offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $36,000 - $44,000. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range of minimum and midpoint depending on experience and in alignment with internal equity. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, covering the majority of the employee premium for the base medical plan and offering other benefits including dental and vision plans, disability, life insurance, generous vacation time, professional development, and a 403(b) plan.

Working Conditions: We are a remote-first organization, meeting in person for mission critical events and projects, this includes monthly all-staff meetings. Although employees are located across Indiana, we maintain Eastern Standard Time office hours. To maintain safety, anyone visiting the office must upload vaccination proof and be comfortable with testing protocols.
